Responsible Individual – Children’s Residential Home (EBD)

Blackpool | ÂŁ300 per day (1 day per week) | Permanent / Part-Time

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Responsible Individual (RI) to support the development and governance of a new children’s residential home in Blackpool. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping a service from the very beginning.

The Role:

  • Provide strategic oversight and governance for a new EBD children’s residential home.
  • Ensure the home operates in line with Ofsted requirements, Children’s Homes Regulations 2015, and safeguarding standards.
  • Support and mentor the Registered Manager to deliver high-quality, child-centred care.
  • Monitor performance, compliance, and quality assurance across the service.
  • Report to senior leadership and Ofsted as required.
