We are opening a brand-new, fully refurbished children’s home in a beautiful residential area of Newcastle, designed to provide a safe, nurturing, and high-quality environment for young people with Learning Disabilities (LD). Backed by an established provider with decades of experience supporting children and young people, the service is built around:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Manager (or strong Deputy ready to step up) to take full ownership of this new home.
- Lead the registration process with Ofsted
- Drive positive outcomes for children and young people
- Embed a strong culture of safeguarding, compliance and quality care
For Registered Manager applicants:
- Proven experience as a Registered Manager in children’s residential care
- At least one Good or Outstanding Ofsted inspection
- Children’s Homes Regulations 2015
- Safeguarding & compliance

- Level 3 and or working towards Level 5
£55k+ for experienced Registered Managers
