Registered Manager-Children and Young People

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to oversee the management and operation of a residential care setting for children and young people. You will be responsible for ensuring high standards of care, compliance with Ofsted regulations, and creating a positive culture that prioritizes the safety, well-being, and development of the children in your care. Key Responsibilities: * Manage the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with regulatory requirements. * Lead and develop the staff team, providing supervision, training, and performance management. * Ensure the home meets and exceeds Ofsted standards, achieving positive inspection outcomes. * Oversee care planning, ensuring each young person has an individualized plan that promotes their growth and development. * Safeguard the well-being of all children, implementing robust safeguarding policies and procedures. * Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure the smooth running of the home. * Foster a supportive and inclusive environment, ensuring young people’s voices are heard and respected. * Build and maintain strong relationships with external agencies, families, and other stakeholders
