Cpl UK Healthcare are currently recruiting for a Band 6 Speech and Language Therapist to join a mainstream secondary school in West London supporting students aged 11–19. You will support students with speech, language, and communication needs to help them access learning, develop social communication skills, and achieve educational outcomes.

  • Manage a caseload of secondary-aged students with speech and language needs
  • Complete speech, language, and communication assessments
  • Develop and implement individualised therapy and support plans
  • Contribute to EHCP reviews and educational outcomes
  • Maintain accurate clinical records and reports

Experience working within speech and language therapy, ideally in educational settings.

Knowledge of adolescent speech, language, and communication needs.
