Permanent, Part-Time (22.5 hrs/week)

£28K–£32K + bonus + private healthcare

On-site, Life Sciences Sector, Start ASAP

We’re working with a private Life Sciences company seeking a Registered Nurse (OH qualified) to lead on workplace wellbeing, health surveillance, and risk management at their main manufacturing site in Romford.

Flexible Part-Time Hours:

  • 22.5 hours/week
  • Mon–Wed (7.5 hrs/day) or spread across 5 days
  • Mostly Romford-based with minimal travel to Brentwood
  • Occasional night shift cover (paid)

What you\’ll be doing:

  • OH assessments, RTW plans, DSE/ergonomic advice
  • Wellness initiatives (mental health, smoking cessation etc.)
  • Emergency response, first aid support, sickness absence guidance
  • Working closely with HR & H&S — this is a newly created role you can truly shape

What we’re looking for:

  • Registered Nurse (NMC Part 1) with Occupational Health experience
  • Ideally from pharma or manufacturing
  • Strong in risk management
  • Mental health awareness and first aid training desirable
  • Approachable, professional, and confident working independently
