On-site, Life Sciences Sector, Start ASAP
We’re working with a private Life Sciences company seeking a Registered Nurse (OH qualified) to lead on workplace wellbeing, health surveillance, and risk management at their main manufacturing site in Romford.
Flexible Part-Time Hours:
- 22.5 hours/week
- Mon–Wed (7.5 hrs/day) or spread across 5 days
- Mostly Romford-based with minimal travel to Brentwood
- Occasional night shift cover (paid)
What you\’ll be doing:
- OH assessments, RTW plans, DSE/ergonomic advice
- Wellness initiatives (mental health, smoking cessation etc.)
- Emergency response, first aid support, sickness absence guidance
- Working closely with HR & H&S — this is a newly created role you can truly shape
What we’re looking for:
- Registered Nurse (NMC Part 1) with Occupational Health experience
- Ideally from pharma or manufacturing
- Strong in risk management
- Mental health awareness and first aid training desirable
- Approachable, professional, and confident working independently
Benefits include:
