Cpl UK Healthcare are currently recruiting for a Band 6 Speech and Language Therapist to join a service in Nottinghamshire working within a neuro rehabilitation caseload. This is a great opportunity to support patients with neurological conditions, with sponsorship offered.
The role involves working with adults with acquired neurological conditions, supporting communication and swallowing needs as part of a rehabilitation pathway. You will work closely with patients, families, and the multidisciplinary team to promote recovery and independence.
Responsibilities- Manage a neuro rehabilitation caseload
- Complete speech, language, and swallowing (dysphagia) assessments
- Develop and implement individualised therapy and rehabilitation plans
- Work collaboratively with patients, families, and the multidisciplinary team
- Provide strategies to support communication and safe swallowing
- Maintain accurate clinical records and reports
- HCPC registration
- Experience working within speech and language therapy, ideally in neuro rehabilitation
- Knowledge of neurological conditions and dysphagia management
- Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
- Strong communication and organisational skills
