CPL in partnership with a leading private hospital in Maidstone, Kent is looking for a passionate and patient-focused Theatre Practitioner to join its Theatre team. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a high-performing surgical environment where patient safety, clinical excellence, and exceptional care are at the heart of everything we do.
About the Role
As Theatre Practitioner, you will be an integral part of the peri-operative team, supporting safe and effective surgical care across scrub, anaesthetics, and/or recovery. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth theatre workflow and outstanding patient outcomes throughout their surgical journey. You’ll support excellent patient experiences throughout the peri-operative journey while working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, high-quality patient care
- Complete theatre safety checks and documentation
- Maintain infection prevention and control standards
- Support effective communication across departments
- Participate in clinical governance and continuous improvement
- Contribute to training and supporting colleagues and students
- Take part in on-call and out-of-hours services
What We’re Looking For
Essential
- Registered Nurse (RN) or Operating Department Practitioner (ODP)
