We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Band 6 Physiotherapist to join a dedicated palliative care team in Kent. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will provide specialist physiotherapy assessment and intervention to patients in palliative care settings, helping to manage symptoms, maintain mobility, and promote comfort and independence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality physiotherapy assessments and treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
  • Support patients with complex conditions to optimise mobility, function, and quality of life
  • Work collaboratively with doctors, nurses, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals
  • Provide guidance and education to patients, families, and carers
  • Contribute to discharge planning and ongoing care pathways
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records
Requirements
  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Physiotherapy
  • Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
  • Previous experience at Band 5 or Band 6 level, ideally within palliative care, oncology, or community settings
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
