ABOUT THE ROLE The position is based in the Bromley office, and you will be working with the compliance team reporting into the Compliance Manager. A minimum of 2 years UK healthcare recruitment compliance experience is required. The main purpose is supporting the healthcare compliance function with the onboarding of new healthcare workers. Main responsibilities: Build an accurate and detailed record of candidate’s compliance status, following processes and procedures. Ensuring the files meet the required standards Identification checks, including checking and verifying documentation Applying for references Verifying registrations and qualifications Applying for DBS Certificates and completing online checks Conducting face to face and online interviews Collating candidate documentation in line with framework requirements Ensuring all details are accurately recorded and updated as required on the CRM Maintaining spreadsheets for onboarding candidate’s documents Understand Framework requirements and ensure candidates meet the standards Preparing pre-placement checklists Booking training for candidates through the relevant portals, both online and face to face Assisting with reporting and updating sales with new starter’s compliance status Escalating issues, delays, and non-compliant candidates Monitoring the ID badge mailbox, creating and sending out ID badges in a timely manner Monitoring compliance mailbox and responding to queries as required Communicating with candidates, by phone, text and email Assisting with audit tasks, both internal and external Attending regular meetings with the sales team to give updates To carry out other ad hoc duties relevant to the post Person Specification: Good verbal and written communication skills Ability to communicate with candidates and stakeholders at all levels Strong attention to detail, especially when working under pressure Ability to multi-task and work under pressure to tight deadlines Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload Must be able to work as part of a team and independently
