About the Role

My client are seeking a passionate and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with children and young people aged 2–25, supporting those with neurodiverse needs in a flexible, hybrid role. You will manage a varied and rewarding caseload, delivering high-quality, evidence-based interventions that make a real difference to the lives of young people and their families.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess, plan, and deliver tailored occupational therapy interventions
  • Work with children and young people with neurodiverse needs
  • Collaborate with families, schools, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Provide clear reports, recommendations, and care plans
  • Contribute to service development and best practice

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualified Occupational Therapist with HCPC registration
  • Experience working within paediatrics and/or neurodiversity
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Full UK driving licence (preferred due to multi-site working)
