As a Deputy Manager in a Children’s Residential Home, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care and support. You will work closely with the Registered Manager and the wider team to ensure the safety, well-being, and development of children and young people in our care. Your key responsibilities will include: * Supporting the Registered Manager with day-to-day operations of the home. * Leading and supervising the care team, ensuring effective staff management, mentoring, and support. * Overseeing the implementation of individual care plans and ensuring children receive person-centered care. * Ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations and safeguarding procedures. * Managing and developing a dedicated team, ensuring a positive and collaborative working environment. * Monitoring and supporting staff performance and conducting regular supervisions. * Building positive relationships with children, families, and external agencies. * Managing rotas and budgets as required.
