Deputy Manager – Children’s Residential Home (EBD)

📍 Romford, Essex | 💰 £40,000 per annum | Permanent

We are seeking a committed and experienced Deputy Manager to join a 3-bed children’s residential home supporting young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD). This is an excellent opportunity for a strong leader ready to take on more responsibility and progress in their career.

The Role:

  • Support the Registered Manager with the day-to-day running of the home.
  • Lead, mentor, and supervise the staff team to deliver consistent, high-quality care.
  • Contribute to care planning and ensure all practices meet Ofsted standards.
  • Take responsibility in the absence of the Registered Manager.
  • Promote a safe, nurturing environment that supports young people’s growth and independence.
