Deputy Children’s Home Manager (EBD)
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 per annum
Location: Medway, Kent
We are recruiting a Deputy Children’s Home Manager for a residential children’s service supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).
This is a key leadership role, supporting the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring high-quality care, regulatory compliance, and positive outcomes for children and young people.
Key Requirements
- Previous experience as a Deputy Manager, Senior Residential Support Worker, or Team Leader within a children’s residential home
- Strong working knowledge of Ofsted Inspection Framework, Children’s Homes Regulations, and Quality Standards
- Proven experience within an Ofsted-regulated residential childcare setting
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or willingness to enrol and work towards)
