Job Title: Deputy Home Manager – Children's Residential Home

Cpl have partnered with a prestigious client who's aim is to deliver education and care services for children, young people and families across England and Wales.

Join the team as a Deputy Home Manager and help create a safe, nurturing, and fun environment where children can thrive and build brighter futures!

Location: Crawley

Salary: £32,042 – £33,259 per year + £3,000 – £6,000 for sleep-ins (4-8 per month)

⏱️ Hours: 39 hours per week, including weekends, shifts, and sleep-ins.

Requirements (all essential):

✔️ Full UK driving licence & own vehicle.

✔️ Level 3 qualification in Children/Young People or equivalent.

✔️ Minimum 2 years’ experience in a children’s home and/or learning disabilities setting.

✔️ Knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding procedures.

The Role:

Join the dedicated team to provide therapeutic care and a nurturing environment for children and young people. You’ll support the Registered Manager in leading the home, managing daily operations, supervising staff, and creating a safe, fun, and engaging environment.
