We’re working with a unique, consultant-led paediatric service in the Channel Islands to appoint a Consultant General Paediatrician. This is a rare opportunity to join a small, high-performing team delivering comprehensive care across general paediatrics and neonatology, with full clinical ownership and no junior doctor tier.

You’ll be part of a close-knit consultant team providing care to a defined population, with strong links to UK tertiary centres.

  • Manage a broad caseload across general paediatrics and neonates
  • Provide inpatient, outpatient and HDU-level care
  • Participate in the on-call rota as duty Paediatrician
  • Contribute to service development, quality improvement and leadership

Requirements:

  • GMC Specialist Register (Paediatrics) or within 6 months of CCT
  • Strong experience across acute paediatrics and neonatology
  • Confident managing paediatric emergencies and stabilising neonates
  • Experience in safeguarding and community paediatrics
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a consultant-led model
