Clinical Service Manager – RMN | Eating Disorder Service | Young Adults (16-24)

Are you a dedicated and experienced Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with strong leadership skills? We are seeking a Clinical Service Manager to oversee a specialist eating disorder service for young adult females (16-24 years old).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the clinical team, ensuring the highest standards of patient care.
  • Oversee care planning, risk assessments, and safeguarding procedures.
  • Provide clinical leadership in the treatment and recovery of young adults with eating disorders.
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and best practices in mental health care.
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, families, and external agencies to provide holistic support.
  • Support and develop staff through supervision, training, and mentoring.

Requirements:

  • RMN (Registered Mental Health Nurse) with a valid NMC PIN (Essential).
  • Experience working with young adults (16-24) with eating disorders or similar complex mental health conditions.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, ideally in a clinical service or ward manager role.
  • In-depth knowledge of CQC standards, safeguarding, and mental health legislation.
