We’re Hiring! Support Worker – Children & Young People

Location: Nottinghamshire

Are you passionate about supporting children and young people to achieve their full potential? Do you have the drive to make a real difference in a child’s life? We’re looking for dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our growing team in Nottinghamshire. You’ll be working with children and young people who may have emotional or behavioural challenges, supporting them to live safely, confidently, and independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day support, care, and guidance
  • Build trusting, meaningful relationships with young people
  • Promote independence, emotional well-being, and positive routines
  • Support with education, daily tasks, and community activities
  • Keep accurate records and follow safeguarding protocols
  • Work closely with families, team members, and professionals

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience working with children/young people (desirable but not essential)
  • A caring, patient, and resilient attitude
  • Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or willingness to work towards it
  • Ability to work shifts, including some weekends and sleep-ins
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • PMVA/CPI trained (a bonus!)
  • Driving licence (preferred but not required)
