CPL Healthcare, in partnership with a leading hospital provider, is seeking an experienced and inspiring director of clinical services to oversee clinical services within a hospital setting and help deliver exceptional patient care, safety, and operational excellence. This is a 6-month contract opportunity.

You’ll lead multidisciplinary clinical teams, drive quality and governance standards, and work closely with senior leadership to shape strategy, improve patient outcomes, and create an outstanding patient experience.

  • Lead and support all clinical services and teams
  • Drive quality improvement, safeguarding, infection prevention, and risk management
  • Support workforce planning, performance, and service development
  • Contribute to hospital strategy and operational leadership

Registered Nurse (Adult) or equivalent clinical qualification

Current professional registration (NMC or equivalent)

Strong understanding of governance, patient safety, and quality improvement

Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills
