Cpl UK Healthcare are currently recruiting for a Band 7 Occupational Therapist to join a specialist neuro rehabilitation service in London supporting individuals with brain injury and neurological conditions.

The role involves working within a neurorehabilitation setting, supporting patients with complex neurological and functional needs following brain injury. You will provide specialist assessment and intervention to maximise independence, rehabilitation outcomes, and quality of life.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage a specialist neuro rehabilitation caseload
  • Complete functional, cognitive, and neurological assessments
  • Develop and implement individualised rehabilitation programmes
  • Support patients with activities of daily living and community reintegration
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team and families
  • Provide guidance and support to junior staff where appropriate
  • Maintain accurate clinical records and reports
Requirements:
  • HCPC registration
  • Significant experience in occupational therapy, ideally within neuro rehabilitation or brain injury services
  • Strong understanding of neurological conditions and rehabilitation pathways
  • Ability to manage complex caseloads independently
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
