Skilled in building long-term client relationships, identifying individual needs, and recommending tailored products and treatment plans to achieve both client satisfaction and commercial success.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand their skincare, wellness, and aesthetic goals, recommending personalised products and treatment plans.
- Consistently meet and exceed retail sales targets through consultative selling, cross-selling, and upselling.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering a personalised, luxury customer experience.
- Educate clients on product benefits, usage, and expected results to support informed purchasing decisions.
- Develop expert knowledge of premium skincare, wellness products, supplements, and aesthetic treatments.
- Stay informed on new product launches, industry developments, and promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with clinicians and therapists to ensure clients receive the most appropriate treatments and services.
- Support promotional events, product launches, and in-store marketing initiatives.
