About Us: CPL Healthcare is a leading healthcare provider committed to delivering exceptional service to our workers and clients. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Accredited Checking Technician (ACT) to join one of our NHS Clients based in Dorset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform final accuracy checks on dispensed medications, ensuring compliance with legal and professional standards.
- Support the pharmacy team in the preparation and dispensing of prescriptions.
- Provide excellent customer service and patient care, addressing queries and offering advice on medication usage.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure the safe storage of medications.
- Collaborate with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to ensure the smooth operation of the pharmacy.
Requirements:
- Qualified Pharmacy Technician with GPhC registration.
- Accredited Checking Technician (ACT) qualification.
- Previous experience in a hospital setting.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
