An exciting opportunity has arisen for an interim Head of Finance & Contracts to join a nationally recognised healthcare organisation at an important stage of its growth and development.
Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will provide strategic leadership across finance, commercial governance and contractual management, ensuring financial sustainability, effective risk management and robust decision-making across a diverse portfolio of programmes, partnerships and grant-funded initiatives.
This is a high-profile role with responsibility for leading financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting, while also providing expert advice on contracts, commercial opportunities, business cases and strategic investments.
Working closely with senior leaders and external stakeholders, you will help shape organisational strategy, maximise value for money and support the successful delivery of healthcare improvement programmes.
The successful candidate will be a qualified CCAB accountant with significant senior-level finance experience, ideally within the NHS, healthcare or wider public sector.
You will bring strong commercial awareness, outstanding stakeholder management skills and a track record of providing strategic financial leadership in complex organisations.
