Administrative Project Support

Duration: 6 months

Location: Liverpool (Hybrid working 2-3 days in the office per week, the rest remote)

Pay rate: 30k per annum PAYE

Hours: Full time

Seeking a detail-oriented and proactive contingent worker to provide administrative support. The successful candidate will be responsible for helping ensure that key activities are tracked, coordinated, and completed on time.

Key Responsibilities:

β€’ Monitor and follow up on document completion and approvals with stakeholders.

β€’ Create, maintain, and update Excel trackers and status reports.

β€’ Track action items and support the management of change control activities to ensure timely completion.

β€’ Update and maintain PowerPoint presentations, including project plans, timelines, and status updates.

β€’ Format and update SOPs and other documentation in line with approved templates.

β€’ Coordinate sample collection activities and support preparation of shipments.

β€’ Provide general administrative support to assist with project execution and operational activities.

Experience and Skills:

β€’ Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

β€’ Ability to independently manage tasks and drive activities through to completion.

β€’ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

β€’ Experience with document formatting and template management.
