As QA Director, you will lead the department, ensuring regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and the digital modernization of quality processes. You will be responsible for evolving QA services, supporting national and international clients in adopting GxP digital systems and managing complex transformation projects. The role combines strategic, managerial, and consulting responsibilities with a focus on integrating quality, technology, and digitalization.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the daily operations of the QA Services team
- Plan and supervise project execution, defining priorities, workloads, and KPIs
- Ensure quality, traceability, and compliance of all deliverables
- Lead the digital transformation of QA processes
- Develop Digital Quality services, including: GxP systems governance and digitalization; quality management of digital systems (CSV, digital validation); data integrity & governance; digital audits and remote inspection readiness
- Promote standards, methodologies, and tools to make processes more efficient and data-driven
- Manage the QA project portfolio, ensuring strategic alignment and risk control
- Support clients in adopting new digital platforms and revising their quality processes
- Participate in business development activities, proposal definition, and QA service expansion
- Conduct audits on behalf of clients and coordinate internal and external audits
- Ensure full compliance with GxP requirements, global regulations, and international best practices
- Hold a degree in Life Sciences
- Have at least 8 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 4 years in managerial roles
- Have led QA teams or services, including P&L, service development, and client management
- Possess deep knowledge of GxP regulations, global quality standards, digital processes, and GxP systems (CSV, digital QMS, document systems, LMS, LIMS)
- Have experience conducting GxP audits and relevant certifications
