As a Clinical Business Partner, you will be a key figure in driving digital innovation across the clinical development lifecycle. You will work closely with clients' R&D teams to design digital strategies, implement patientâcentric solutions, and support the evolution of clinical trial models.
Key Responsibilities- Define digital strategies for clinical development and guide clients through their transformation journeys
- Promote digitalization as a driver of innovation within R&D and clinical teams
- Coâdesign patientâcentric solutions (ePRO/eCOA, wearables, DCTs)
- Support projects involving decentralized or hybrid clinical trials
- Lead complex programs, managing budgets, vendors, risks, stakeholders, and international teams
- Coordinate the delivery of digital platforms, including patient portals, monitoring systems, and automation solutions
- Collaborate with technology vendors, CROs, and digital health partners
- Participate in industry forums and working groups to identify emerging trends
- Propose AI/MLâbased solutions, automation, and data integration initiatives to improve clinical operations
- Advise clients on emerging regulations related to digitalization in the clinical domain
- Experience in Clinical Development, Clinical Operations, R&D IT, or Digital Health within the Life Sciences sector
- A strong understanding of clinical trial processes and technologies, including data flows and digital platforms
- Managed complex digital projects with global, crossâfunctional teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Able to translate clinical and regulatory needs into concrete digital roadmaps
