In this strategic role, you will lead the Regulatory IT Consulting practice, with the objective of strengthening its market positioning and driving growth in line with the sectorβs digital evolution. You will act as a trusted consulting partner for key clients, overseeing the delivery of complex projects and proposing innovative solutions for the transformation of regulatory processes.
Key Responsibilities- Define the strategic vision of the Regulatory IT Consulting practice
- Strengthen relationships with key clients and identify long-term growth opportunities
- Lead business development initiatives focused on the digitalization of regulatory processes
- Expand the client portfolio through networking, events, and market presence
- Analyze client needs and translate them into tailored digital solutions
- Oversee high-impact consulting projects, ensuring quality and consistency
- Conduct structured assessments to identify areas for improvement in client processes
- Manage the execution phase, ensuring alignment and adoption of proposed solutions
- Oversee resources, budgets, and practice profitability, with full P&L responsibility
- Collaborate with Marketing, Business Development, and Operations teams to launch new services
- Contribute to the creation of digital products and methodologies in the regulatory domain
- Have more than 12 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs, Regulatory IT, or digital transformation within the Life Sciences sector
- Have significant experience in consulting and managing strategic clients
- Possess deep knowledge of regulatory processes (e.g. eCTD, submissions, labelling, RIM) and related technologies
- Have led multidisciplinary teams and managed complex consulting portfolios
- Have experience in financial management (P&L) and practice development
- Demonstrate excellent executive-level communication and relationship management skills
- Have a strong strategic mindset and the ability to balance innovation, compliance, and operational pragmatism
