CPL is delighted to be recruiting Retail Assistants to join the team at Guinness Open Gate Brewery London in the heart of Covent Garden. We're looking for friendly, energetic and customer-focused people who enjoy working in a busy environment and creating memorable experiences for customers from around the world.
Welcome and engage with customers, providing friendly and attentive service
Help customers find the right products and confidently make recommendations
Support sales through great product knowledge and a proactive approach
Operate tills and assist with customer purchases
Replenish stock and help maintain attractive, well-presented merchandise displays
Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness and organisation across the retail area
Work closely with the wider team during busy periods
Represent Guinness and its brand values in a professional and engaging way
Previous retail or customer-facing experience is preferred
A positive, outgoing personality with a genuine interest in helping customers
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence engaging with a wide range of customers
A proactive approach and willingness to learn
Ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Reliability and good time management
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
14.80 per hour
