- Manage NI, GB, and international payrolls, including review and sign‑off
- Ensure full compliance with HMRC and statutory payroll requirements
- Oversee payroll contributions, employee benefits, and expenses
- Manage payroll amendments and executive payroll processing where required
- Maintain and improve payroll processes and controls
- Support risk management and compliance initiatives within payroll
- Undertake additional duties as required within the payroll function
Criteria
