An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Operations Manager to join a market-leading organisation on a 9-month fixed-term contract. This role will play a key part in the development of a newly created Commercial Operations function, helping to build and enhance commercial data analysis capability across multiple markets, products and fuel types. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a newly established Commercial Operations team, creating a high-performance and customer-focused culture.
- Drive the development of commercial reporting, analytics and performance monitoring across multiple markets and product lines.

- Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs and reporting frameworks to support business performance.

- Experience developing KPIs, dashboards and performance reporting frameworks.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at multiple levels.
