Location: Uxbridge (3 days a week in office and 2 remote)
Duration: 6-month FTC
Role and responsibilities:
- Support GPS team with internal meeting planning and events—book rooms, catering, send invites, track acceptances, follow-ups etc.
- Own and manage GPS calendar—congresses, team offsites, board meeting dates etc. (aiding team engagement and ability for forward planning)
- Support VP GPS in scheduling and logistics planning for GPS team offsites.
- Support VP GPS with travel bookings, hotel bookings and expense submissions.
- Support wider GPS team with travel bookings for GPS co-ordinated events—cross country brand planning reviews etc.
Requirements:
- Need someone who can balance multiple priorities and complex logistics.
- Experience working as an administrator with experience of developing and implementing effective processes.
- Pharmaceutical/Lifesciences background is a plus.
- Educated to at least A Level or similar.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including competency in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Ability to work under pressure with multiple priorities, occasionally to tight deadlines.
- Makes day to day decisions individually or collaboratively within immediate work area, ensuring peers understand decisions taken.
- Sets high personal standards and has a desire for success.
- Genuine team player with a supportive and helpful approach to all internal and external personnel.
- Experienced, can hit the ground running.
