Overview
Talent Acquisition Specialist
Duration: 6 months (Flex to extend)
Pay rate: £16-£20 per hour PAYE
Location: Northwich (3 days in the office – 2 remote)
Hours: 40 hours per week
• Search and source candidates using various tools, such as job boards, databases, LinkedIn, and social platforms.
• Screen and assess candidates to identify the best fit for our organization.
• Develop compelling sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
• Manage interactions and communication with hiring managers.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Focus on recruiting talent within industries including Chemicals, Sustainability, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Sales, and Service.
• Collaborate with a variety of teams and departments to meet hiring goals.
• Utilize tools like Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Insights, and social media platforms for recruitment efforts.
• Measure success through metrics like quality of hire, speed of hire, direct hire percentage, and diversity of hires.
• Embrace our company’s mission of making a global impact on people and planet health within a matrix organization where every voice is valued.
Requirements:
• Degree-level education plus previous experience in recruiting, with a track record of successful placements.
• Fluency in both English with knowledge of French, German or other European languages as a plus.
• Proficiency using recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, knowledge of Workday beneficial
• An understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities facing the talent market place
• A commitment to ongoing personal and professional development, with potential career growth in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources.
