Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain LPDs, LLDs, PLDs for assigned markets
- Ensure compliance with global/local regulatory requirements and SOPs
- Create submission-ready docs (annotated labels, track changes, comparisons)
- Perform QC reviews of labeling documents
- Manage labeling systems (GDMS, tracking tools, workflows)
- Support HA queries, inspections, and regulatory responses
- Contribute to process improvements and digital initiatives
- Work cross-functionally with Regulatory, Medical, and R&D teams
Experience Required
- Regulatory Affairs experience with strong labeling focus
- Solid knowledge of global labeling regulations & lifecycle management
- Experience in submission prep (pre- and post-approval)
- Comfortable working with Excel, SharePoint, structured data systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work at pace
- English essential; German & French preferred
