We are working with a leading global biopharmaceutical organisation committed to advancing innovative therapies that improve patient lives. Their Health Technology Assessment (HTA), Value & Evidence (HV&E) team plays a critical role in ensuring patients gain timely and affordable access to medicines through robust evidence generation and value demonstration.
We are seeking an HV&E Manager to join their Global team. This is a dynamic hybrid role combining project coordination with scientific leadership in Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR) and real-world evidence (RWE).
Key Responsibilities- Act as a central point of contact for study, budget, and project tracking
- Manage budgets, invoicing, contracting, and compliance processes
- Coordinate with vendors, internal teams, and external experts (KOLs)
- Ensure timely delivery of projects and maintain accurate documentation in internal systems and public registries
- Perform quality control (QC) of protocols and vendor deliverables
- Manage real-world evidence (RWE) studies aligned with strategic objectives
- Contribute to study design, methodology, and analysis plans
- Collaborate with subject matter experts on interpretation of study results
- Support development and execution of publication strategies
- Oversee manuscript development and journal submissions
- Track and manage global publication activities
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners on publication timelines
- Ensure high-quality scientific communication outputs
- Advanced degree (MSc or PhD) in: Health Economics, Epidemiology, Public Health, Health Services Research or related field
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience (pharma, consulting, or academia)
- Strong understanding of: HEOR methods, Observational study design, Real-world data analysis
- Demonstrated project management and organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Prior experience in pharma or HEOR consulting
- Experience working with global stakeholders and external vendors
Salary - £33 p/h PAYE
Duration - 23 Month contract
Hours - 37 hours p/w
