We’re looking for a Receptionist to be the face of our office. You will manage our reception area, greet and host all visitors, support frequent company events, and ensure our guests have a smooth and memorable experience. You will work together with our Office Manager supporting the wider company with administrative and coordination tasks that help the office run efficiently.

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors, from candidates to clients to partners.
  • Ensure the reception area is welcoming and organized.
  • Greet guests, manage check-ins, and ensure everyone is well taken care of throughout their visit.
  • Coordinate meeting room preparations, refreshments, and visitor logistics.
  • Assist with the setup and coordination of frequent in-office events, meetings, and company gatherings.
  • Work closely with the Operations team to ensure the office runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis, making sure it's clean, well kept, and orderly.
  • Support with ordering supplies, preparing spaces, and maintaining a high standard across the office.
  • Provide administrative support to the Operations team, including scheduling, documentation, purchasing, and vendor coordination.
  • Help maintain office systems and processes that support efficiency and a great on-site experience.
  • Assist with onboarding logistics for new hires visiting or joining the Stockholm office.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in a receptionist, front desk, hospitality, or administrative role (fast-growth or high-traffic environments preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a proactive mindset.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Reliable and organized: you bring structure, attention to detail, and follow-through.
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving, high-visitor environment with many parallel activities.
  • A strong communicator who handles both internal and external interactions confidently.
  • Collaborative and positive, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
