We're supporting a leading global biopharmaceutical organisation in the search for an HTA, Value & Evidence (HV&E) Manager to join their growing Global Migraine team. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR), Real-World Evidence (RWE), market access, and scientific communications, supporting the evidence strategy for an innovative migraine therapy.

This role combines scientific study management with operational leadership, offering exposure to global stakeholders, leading researchers, external vendors, payers, and healthcare decision-makers.

The Opportunity

As part of a global Value & Evidence team, you will support the development and delivery of evidence-generation activities designed to demonstrate the value of innovative therapies to HTA bodies, reimbursement agencies, payers, and healthcare systems worldwide.

You will work closely with senior HEOR leaders, epidemiologists, statisticians, external research partners, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to drive impactful evidence-generation programmes and publications.

Key Responsibilities

Evidence Generation & HEOR

  • Support the management of Real-World Evidence (RWE) and outcomes research studies
  • Contribute to study design, protocol development, and analysis planning
  • Collaborate with internal experts and external KOLs on study interpretation
  • Support evidence-generation strategies aligned to global market access objectives
  • Assist in the development and execution of publication plans
  • Manage manuscript development and scientific review processes
  • Coordinate journal submission activities and publication tracking

Project & Vendor Management

  • Manage study timelines, budgets, and project trackers
  • Coordinate activities across multiple external vendors and research partners
  • Support contracting activities with vendors and consultants
  • Track invoices, budgets, and project expenditures
  • Organise study governance meetings and stakeholder reviews
  • Ensure milestones are delivered on time and to a high quality standard

Scientific & Operational Support

  • Maintain study documentation and records within internal systems
  • Support literature reviews and evidence-gathering activities
  • Conduct quality control reviews of protocols, reports, and vendor deliverables
  • Ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements
  • Act as a key point of contact across multiple cross-functional teams

What We're Looking For

Essential

  • MSc, PhD, PharmD, MPH or equivalent qualification in Health Economics, Epidemiology, Public Health, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Health Services Research, or a related discipline.
  • Prior experience within HEOR, Real-World Evidence, Epidemiology, Market Access, Outcomes Research, the pharmaceutical industry, or a healthcare consultancy environment.
  • Strong understanding of HEOR methodologies, observational research, study design, epidemiology, and real-world evidence generation.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including scientific writing.
  • Strong organisational and project management capabilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

Desirable

  • Experience within a pharmaceutical company's HEOR or market access function
  • Experience working with external vendors, CROs, or academic collaborators
  • Publication management and manuscript development experience
  • Exposure to migraine, neuroscience, or specialty-care therapeutic areas
  • Understanding of HTA and reimbursement decision-making processes
