We are seeking a talented ServiceNow Technical Architect to join our team and contribute to a Customer Service Management implementation for a UK Public Sector client. The project includes designing customer workflows, integrating third-party systems such as AWS Connect for telephony and Stripe for payments, and ensuring seamless, scalable, and compliant delivery of a ServiceNow solution.
Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver ServiceNow CSM solutions, focusing on customer workflows and public-facing portals.
- Architect and implement integrations with systems including AWS Connect (telephony), Stripe (payments), and custom APIs.
- Lead technical design discussions, ensuring performance, scalability, and compliance with Public Sector standards.
- Collaborate with functional leads, developers, and stakeholders to align the technical architecture with business goals.
- Define and govern best practices for development, security, and performance optimization.
- Oversee multi-environment setup (Dev, SIT, UAT, and Prod) with a focus on governance and quality assurance.
- Support performance testing, go-live readiness, and managed service transitions.
Skills & Experience:
- ServiceNow Expertise: Strong experience delivering CSM implementations with a focus on customer-facing workflows and portals.
- Integration Knowledge: Proven hands-on experience integrating ServiceNow with systems such as AWS Connect and other client systems via APIs and IntegrationHub.
- Technical Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead teams, review architectural designs, and manage technical decision-making.
- Public Sector Knowledge: Familiarity with security and compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, access controls) for Public Sector clients.
- Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Application Developer, CSM Implementation Specialist.
- Communication Skills: Strong ability to engage stakeholders, explain complex technical concepts, and drive alignment.
- Innovation & Improvement: Stay updated with ServiceNow advancements and recommend innovative solutions to enhance customer workflows and platform performance.
