Senior Talent Sourcing Specialist (Hybrid – Newcastle, 2 days a week)

Rate: Up to ÂŁ330 per day

6 Month Contract

Languages: Must speak English plus French, German, Spanish or Portuguese

We’re looking for an experienced Talent Sourcer who can build high-quality pipelines, influence senior stakeholders, and act as the go-to expert for sourcing strategy across Europe. If you love a mix of hands-on sourcing, data, collaboration, and coaching—this one’s for you.

What you’ll be doing

  • Partner with Recruiting and Sourcing Leads to shape the sourcing strategy for your business area.
  • Build strong, steady pipelines of pre-qualified candidates to support both current and future hiring needs.
  • Serve as the subject-matter expert for sourcing channels, tools, and best practices.
  • Deliver proactive, high-quality sourcing aligned to SLAs and KPIs.
  • Create outstanding candidate experiences through consistent engagement and relationship-building.
  • Provide regular reporting, dashboards, and data-led insights to the business.
  • Collaborate closely with the wider Europe Sourcing team—contributing to projects, planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Coach and support team members to elevate sourcing capability.
  • Use advanced sourcing methods (Boolean, X-ray, social channels, market mapping) to deliver hard-to-find talent.

What you’ll bring

  • Strong communication skills and confidence influencing senior stakeholders with best-practice guidance.
  • Experience providing external talent market insights to help shape recruitment decisions.
  • A track record of delivering both high-volume hiring pipelines and niche, targeted searches.
  • A truly collaborative mindset—team-oriented, inclusive, and always looking for better ways of working.
  • Solid experience sourcing and engaging candidates directly from multiple channels.
  • Strong Excel/PPT skills and the ability to turn ATS/CRM data into clear, compelling stories.
  • A growth mindset—someone who’s curious, proactive, and always learning.
  • Fluency in English and one additional language: French, German, Spanish, or Portuguese.

Working model

Hybrid role — 2 days per week onsite in Newcastle.
