Job Description:

Due to our continued growth, we are seeking a Senior Talent Consultant to join our dynamic team in Reading. The ideal candidate will have a background in the life sciences industry and experience in any life science vertical will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Source and attract candidates using various methods.
2. Conduct interviews/screenings and assess candidate suitability for roles.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
4. Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to placement.
5. Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process.
6. Collaborate with team members to achieve NFI targets.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience partnering with companies in the life sciences industry.
2. Strong sales background inclusive of operational delivery and Business Development.
3. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
4. Hybrid working model (2 days office, 3 days home).
