- Project Management Experience
- 5+ years of project management experience, preferably within pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or clinical research environments.
- Demonstrated experience managing HEOR or RWE projects across the full lifecycle; candidates with strong project management experience in clinical trials or other research settings will also be considered.
- Experience in adjacent domains (e.g., clinical trial management, clinical operations, or study delivery) is advantageous but not essential, particularly where candidates demonstrate strong transferable project management capabilities.
- Experience managing third-party organizations (TPOs/CROs) including vendor onboarding, contracting, and invoicing.
- Proven track record managing complex project portfolios across multiple business units simultaneously.
- Experience with RFP development, proposal review, and change order management.
- Technical & Domain Knowledge
- Working knowledge of HEOR/RWE study types; broader understanding of clinical research or clinical trial processes would be advantageous.
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical business planning cycles and portfolio management.
- Understanding of procurement processes, contracting frameworks, and budget management in a pharma/biotech environment.
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements relevant to HEOR/RWE research (e.g., SEQS PRD, data privacy).
