Overview
We are seeking an experienced AI Adoption Manager to support the rollout, engagement, and operational delivery of Data Science & AI initiatives across a global Pharmaceutical R&D organisation. This role will focus on driving awareness, adoption, stakeholder engagement, portfolio coordination, and operational effectiveness across a growing AI and analytics function.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery and adoption of Data Science & AI initiatives across the R&D organisation
- Coordinate portfolio activities, planning cycles, prioritisation, and dependency management
- Partner with leadership teams to ensure transparency, alignment, and effective decision-making
- Drive stakeholder engagement and communication strategies to promote AI awareness and adoption
- Work closely with project teams, product owners, SMEs, and business stakeholders to improve collaboration and delivery outcomes
- Help develop and refine operational frameworks, governance processes, and ways of working
- Facilitate workshops, engagement sessions, and communications across the wider business
- Gather feedback from stakeholders to identify capability gaps and support AI learning and enablement initiatives
- Provide structure, continuity, and operational excellence within a fast-moving AI and data environment
Required Experience
- Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences industry experience
- Proven background in AI adoption, digital transformation, programme operations, portfolio management, PMO, or change management
- Experience supporting Data, Analytics, AI, or Technology-led programmes
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior leadership teams
- Experience working within Agile or Hybrid delivery environments
- Track record of driving organisational adoption, engagement, and communications initiatives
- Excellent planning, coordination, and organisational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
