An established UK healthcare supplier is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to manage and develop NHS relationships across a Northern territory. This is a field-based role offering high autonomy, suited to someone who values long-term relationships and face-to-face engagement.
The Role
- You will take ownership of an established NHS customer base, working with procurement and clinical stakeholders to maintain service levels and identify growth opportunities.
- The role combines account development, stakeholder engagement, and effective territory management within NHS frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow existing NHS accounts across the territory
- Build strong relationships with procurement, clinical, and senior stakeholders
- Identify and deliver growth opportunities within current customers
- Navigate NHS procurement frameworks and supply routes
- Deliver product presentations and customer training
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and maintain accurate CRM records

- Proven experience selling into the NHS or healthcare sector
