About the Role
Cpl Life Sciences are supporting a global Pharmaceutical organisation in their search for multiple Packaging Operators to join their manufacturing team. You’ll operate high-speed packaging equipment, ensure quality standards are met, and support continuous improvement initiatives across the production line.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain packaging equipment in line with GMP and safety standards
- Complete batch documentation and SAP transactions
- Perform in-process testing, sampling, and inspections
- Support equipment maintenance, installations, and validations
- Train others and ensure compliance with SOPs and health & safety procedures
- Contribute to audits, CAPAs, and continuous improvement projects
- Planning – to ensure the production schedules are known and adhered to.
- Engineering – to ensure support and maintenance of production equipment and services.
- Facility Maintenance – to co-ordinate all the services production operations.
What We’re Looking For
- Manufacturing/packaging experience (GMP environment preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Problem-solving ability and a proactive, team-focused mindset
- Willingness to take on additional roles (e.g. First Aider, Safety Rep)
