Title: Senior HTA & Market Access Project Manager (Oncology – NICE Submissions) – Contract
Location: Remote
Contract: 12 months initially (extensions likely)

We are supporting a global biopharmaceutical company in hiring an experienced Market Access / HTA specialist to lead upcoming NICE submission projects in oncology. This is a high-impact role where you’ll take ownership of end-to-end project delivery, from dossier development through to engagement with global and local stakeholders.
Key Priorities
- NICE Submission – Oncology
- Lead and coordinate a vendor agency developing the submission dossier.
- Provide technical input and ensure quality and compliance throughout.
- Collaborate closely with Global HEOR and Market Access teams.
- Develop and track project plans with key milestones.
- Market Entry Assessment – Oncology – Lung Cancer
- Analyse clinical and health economic data to define UK market entry opportunities and pricing scenarios.
- Present findings to UK & Ireland Market Access, Commercial, and Medical leaders.
- If positive, lead NICE submission planning (submission anticipated Q4 2026).
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven technical HTA / NICE submission experience (end-to-end delivery).
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage agencies and cross-functional teams.
- Confident communicator, able to present complex detail and clear summaries.
- Oncology experience highly desirable.
- UK market access experience essential.
