Manufacturing Business Process & System Manager
Hybrid – Hatfield

The Manufacturing Business Process & System Manager will sit within the team who is the partner of the manufacturing site and a key driver of the transformation journey. You will work with relevant business stakeholders to strategically identify business process improvement opportunities and IT technological solutions for those. You will be a part of the leadership teams to work with the business and 3rd party vendors to deploy new manufacturing business systems/IT solutions from end to end. You will continue to support the life cycle of the system post deployment through improvements, upgrades, interface support, security compliance management, licence & service contract management & PC hardware strategy. You will develop and grow your team to deliver the best service to business customers.
You will need to work with the Senior Manager, ERP & Manufacturing Business Systems and other members to shape the team further to deliver value-added partnership & transformation objectives.
Must-have:
- Experience working with pharma production, engineering and relevant business stakeholders to deploy IT systems to a pharma manufacturing site
- Experience deploying and managing life cycle of an MES solution in an GxP environment with experience in Tulip platform an advantage
- Good knowledge blend of pharmaceutical manufacturing business and business processes and IT system components
- Knowledge of deviation management, change control management & computer system validation in GxP environment
- Team leadership experience

- Experience of general IT system lifecycle management
