Overview
We are supporting a major programme within the UK and are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect to join the team. This role offers the chance to work closely with both the client and internal teams, shaping and delivering high-quality ServiceNow solutions across a critical platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate business and technical requirements into effective, scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Act as a subject matter expert across the platform and related technologies.
- Lead and guide technical teams, ensuring strong performance, alignment, and high-quality delivery.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional business and technical teams.
- Provide technical direction and contribute to key architectural decisions.
Core Responsibilities (Client Requirements)
- Oversee technical governance across the ServiceNow platform.
- Enforce coding standards across Accenture and Post Office development teams.
- Produce and maintain High-Level Design documentation.
- Serve as an escalation point for technical issues and development blockers.
- Identify, document, and drive improvement opportunities across the platform.
- Support platform health management activities.
- Participate in technical triage for major incidents when required.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Solution Architect.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, design, governance, and best practices.
- Confident working with senior stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
- Ability to influence, lead, and support multiple workstreams.
- Hands-on approach with excellent problem-solving skills.
