We are seeking a highly organised and digitally savvy Project Manager to lead the rollout of a new content planning tool for a global pharmaceutical client. This is a hands-on role requiring a strong background in digital agency environments, with a deep understanding of content and creative delivery workflows in regulated industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the project and product manager, overseeing the end-to-end implementation of the content planning tool.
- Collaborate with the vendor to gather business requirements and translate them into a clear product roadmap.
- Manage timelines, milestones, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful delivery.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including creative, compliance, and digital production.
- Create engaging PowerPoint presentations to communicate project updates, roadmaps, and strategic narratives.
- Support the creation of reporting dashboards and slides, using data to tell compelling stories.
- Ensure alignment with pharma regulatory standards and MLR-compliant workflows.
Must-Have Skills
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or Product Manager in a digital agency setting.
- Strong understanding of content planning, creative production, and digital campaign workflows.
- Experience working with or implementing content planning or martech tools.
- Excellent storytelling and presentation skills – must be able to produce and explain engaging PowerPoint decks.
- Experience working in or with pharmaceutical clients, with knowledge of compliance and MLR processes.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Ability to analyse data and create insightful reporting slides.
- Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, macros, and data manipulation.
Selection Process
Candidates will be required to submit examples of PowerPoint slides they have created. These should demonstrate storytelling ability, visual engagement, and clarity. Shortlisted candidates will be asked to walk through their slides during the interview.
