A market-leading organisation in the clinical nutrition space is expanding its specialist paediatric team and is looking for an experienced Healthcare Development Manager to support growth across key UK regions.

Responsibilities- Developing and delivering regional strategies aligned to the national business plan
- Leading formulary and guideline negotiations across NHS decision-making structures (ICS, PCNs, Health Boards)
- Identifying under-indexed areas and executing action plans to increase market share
- Building strong partnerships with Dietitians, Paediatricians, GPs, Medicines Management and key stakeholders
- Understanding local funding flows and influencing prescribing pathways
- Implementing creative, value-adding projects to overcome barriers and unlock new opportunities
- Collaborating closely with the wider Sales and Medical teams to ensure consistent execution across the region
- Proven experience in healthcare account management, business development, or market access, ideally within medical nutrition, pharma, or related healthcare sectors
- Strong understanding of NHS structures, funding flows and decision-making processes
- Confidence working with both clinical stakeholders and medicines management teams
- A full UK driving licence and comfort with regular travel
