Duration: 12 months

Location: Maidenhead (Initially office based – hybrid)

Pay rate: £225 per day PAYE

Analyses and communicates compensation programs, including compensation survey administration, salary administration, job analysis, documentation and evaluation, market pricing, data management (HRIS), and ad-hoc duties as required.

Works in collaboration with client groups across EMEA to review employee compensation and associated elements, such as base salaries, target compensation and job evaluations.

Coordinates the administration, data collection, and submission for participation in global compensation surveys.

Assists in the preparation of presentations to communicate key insights and trends.

Experience: Workday or similar. Knowledge of Excel to good standard e.g. lookups and using multiple data sources.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years HR experience in a medium to large organisation (or equivalent), with exposure to EMEA compensation analysis and administration.
  • Experience or exposure to EMEA benefits administration a bonus.
  • Strong analytical skills that can be applied to surveys, year-end compensation process, market pricing, recommendations to management, etc.
  • Fluency in an additional European language would be an advantage.
