CPL Life Sciences are recruiting for a Creative Campaign Director required to lead the end-to-end delivery of impactful creative campaigns within a fast-paced in-house creative environment, working for one of the world's leading pharmaceutical organisations. This role combines strategic thinking, creative leadership and hands-on execution to develop standout, insight-led campaigns across healthcare and pharmaceutical brands.

6 month contract

Experience working within a pharmaceutical company or agency is essential. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and use AI-powered tools to accelerate ideation, production and workflow efficiency. The ideal candidate will bring strong storytelling skills, experience in healthcare advertising, and the ability to balance big-picture thinking with practical delivery.
