A leading global pharmaceutical company is looking for a senior above-country marketer to lead brand strategy and regional execution for a specialty care franchise. This is a high-visibility role with genuine commercial scope, working at the intersection of global strategy and affiliate delivery.
As Global Brand Lead, you will own the commercial marketing agenda - co-creating the operational brand plan, guiding affiliate teams and driving market share and revenue growth for a mature but actively managed brand. You will be a key connector between global brand direction and local market execution, requiring both strategic credibility and a hands-on approach to getting things done across a complex stakeholder landscape.
What you’ll do:
- Co-create the annual operational brand plan with affiliates and functions, including investment and divestment recommendations.
- Drive brand strategy and tactic implementation across the region, ensuring alignment with global brand direction.
- Generate deep, patient-focused customer insights in partnership with country commercial leads and Customer Engagement Excellence teams.
- Develop brand budget allocation recommendations in collaboration with country teams.
- Build and deploy an omnichannel digital engagement strategy that works across all affiliates.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven above-country commercial marketing experience within a global pharmaceutical organisation.
- Track record of leading without authority across diverse, cross-functional and multicultural teams.
- Comfortable operating in global virtual and matrix environments.
- Strong omnichannel marketing capability including digital tools, data analytics and CRM platforms.
- Financial acumen and experience with global brand forecasting.
- Business English fluency; additional European languages are a strong advantage.
